Starting in 2024, Mooval strives to provide exceptional customer service and quality products to help you with your moving experience. Mooval is based out of Slidell, LA servicing all areas of southern Louisiana and Mississippi.

1. Browse and Book Your Trailer

Select from our trailers and find the one that fits your needs!

2. Choose Your Supplies

If you need any supplies to help you move, we have you covered! Select from a wide variety of rental supply options to add with your trailer rental.

3. Pick-Up Your Trailer

After scheduling a pick-up date and time, you will be sent pick-up instructions which will include a code and pick-up location. Our pick-up location is only in St. Tammany Parish, LA. 

4. Drop-Off Your Trailer

After you've finished using your trailer, please return on the date specified to the same location where you picked up from.

  • Renting a trailer from our business is a straightforward process. Start by browsing our trailer inventory, which includes various types of enclosed trailers. Once you've selected the trailer that suits your needs, specify your desired rental period and provide the necessary information. We'll prepare the trailer for pickup at our rental location or arrange for delivery to your specified address. You can also choose any additional accessories or equipment you might need for your towing requirements. When your rental period is complete, return the trailer to our rental location or arrange for pickup, and we'll ensure it's properly maintained for the next renter.

  • If you encounter any issues or damages to the rented trailer during your use, please notify us promptly. We understand that unexpected situations can arise. Depending on the nature and extent of the issue or damage, we will assess and determine the necessary course of action. You may be responsible for repair or replacement costs, so it's advisable to review our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions related to trailer damages. Your prompt communication is appreciated, as it helps us maintain the quality of our rental equipment.

  • Yes, you can extend the rental period for a trailer if you require it for a longer duration than initially planned. To do so, please contact our team to discuss your needs and arrange for an extension. We will work with you to update the rental terms and ensure the continued availability of the trailer. Keep in mind that trailer availability may vary, so it's best to notify us about your extension needs as early as possible to secure the equipment. We're committed to accommodating your changing towing requirements.

  • Our pick-up locations vary based on  your specified location. For example, if you are in Slidell, we will bring to a location and drop-off before you arrive to pick-up. You will be notified ahead of time about the specified pick-up location. Rather the trailer be brought to your location? Please let our team know and we will bring it to your address.

  • Your drop-off location will be the same location you picked the trailer up from. If the trailer was delivered to your selected address, we will pick-up the day of the specified pick-up day and time.

  • When you arrive at your specified pick-up location, the trailer will be parked and positioned for you to pick-up prepared with any supplies you specified. Our trailers come with three pad locks. One on the hitch, one on the side door, and one on the rear door. This code to unlock the pad locks will be provided to you before you arrive at the pick-up location.

  • If you encounter any issues when picking or dropping off the trailer, please call us so we can try to assist you. If you are unable to hook up or unhook a trailer, we recommend that you have us deliver the trailer to your specified address and let us do it for you. 

  • No, at this time we do not have employees available to move you. However, please ask us for recommendations and we will help you find the help you need.
